Originally from Seine-et-Marne, Germain is a graduate of Lille II and Paris-Dauphine universities. During the eight years he spent working for two leading Parisian Notarial Office, in the service of real estate players of all kinds, Germain developed his sense of analysis, synthesis and responsiveness. He was involved in setting up Affidavit Notaires as a partner. His priority is to meet the needs of his clients in the context of their property transactions, while respecting their constraints and interests.
